The app transcribes speech, translates it, and speaks the translation using technologies built into iOS. Translations are produced automatically by machine and may contain errors. Do not rely on the app for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency communication.
Little Tough LLC ("we", "us") grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the app.
The app includes one short free translation session. Continued use requires an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store:
Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. There is no free trial.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and must be made through Apple.
Speech recognition, translation, and speech synthesis are provided by Apple's iOS frameworks and require iOS 18 or later. Language availability, accuracy, and the need to download language packs are determined by Apple. "AirPods" and "iPhone" are trademarks of Apple Inc. Little Tough LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
You agree not to use the app to record or translate anyone without the permission required by the laws that apply to you, not to attempt to bypass the subscription system, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any transcription or translation, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with any particular headphones.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Tough LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any misunderstanding, loss, or harm arising from a translation produced by the app.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Little Tough LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
